Interior view of the Saint Cecilia Cathedral in Albi, showing the organ and altar under a Gothic vault. Printed text at the bottom: 'Le Tarn Illustré - 46. ALBI - Cathedral of Saint Cecilia - Northeast Interior'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated April 17, 1913, addressed to Monsieur Coeffier, with two green 5-centime stamps and a postmark from Toulouse.
