Description

View of the interior of Strasbourg's Münster, highlighting its high Gothic vaults, massive columns, and organ. The reverse details the attractions: the pulpit of 1485, the sculptures of the portals, the chapel of Jean Baptiste Schwilgué (1839-42), and the astronomical clock. The publisher is Cicero-Postkarte (ges. gesch.) Ortmanu & Co., Osnabrück. The card is addressed to Vette and Madeleine in Cognac, with a handwritten date of 23 December 1915.
