Description

Black and white view of the Grand Etang at Origni-sur-Vire, with a boat moored at the edge of a pond surrounded by bare trees. Printed text at the bottom: 'ORIGNI sur-VIRE (Manche) — Le Grand Etang (II)'. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Monsieur Pierre Anthoward, a justice of the peace in Saint-Lô, dated January 20, 1915, with a postmark and stamp from Torigni-s-Vire.
