View of the City Hall of Orléans, built in 1530 and completely renovated and restored by Dalton from 1850 to 1854. In the foreground, the statue of Joan of Arc on the Honor Court. Reverse: handwritten correspondence addressed to M. M. C. Choudard in Tours, with a green 5c stamp and Orléans postmark of October 7, 1910.
