View of the Town Hall in Orléans, built in 1530 and completely renovated and restored by Dalton between 1850 and 1854. In the foreground, a statue of Joan of Arc on the steps of the Cour d'Honneur. Reverse: handwritten text in cursive script, circular postal stamp from Montrouge dated July 20, 1915, addressed to Mr. Jeanne Demarais in Montrouge (Côte d'Or).
