In the foreground, a circular fountain surrounded by flowers and pedestrians. Reverse: 15-centime stamp from the International Exhibition of 1931, Orléans cancellation of 31 July 1931, addressed to Mme Fabrice in Colombes, with handwritten inscription 'Souvenir d'Orléans'.
