View of the Place du Martroi in Orléans, centered on an equestrian monument, surrounded by Haussmann-style buildings with ornate details and pedestrians. The reverse side bears a handwritten letter dated January 1st, 1920, addressed to 'Chérie', signed by 'L. Géraud, student at the École des Beaux-Arts d'Orléans'.
