Description

View of the Town Hall in Orléans, built in 1530 and completely renovated and restored by Dalton from 1850 to 1854. On the steps of the Cour d'Honneur stands the statue of Joan of Arc by Princess Marie d'Orléans. Reverse: 10-centime postage stamp, Orléans cancellation of October 24, 1914, address to Madame Couleurd in Merville (Rhône), and handwritten correspondence text.
