View of the Town Hall in Orléans, built in 1450, completely renovated and restored by Lalton from 1850 to 1854, with a statue of Joan of Arc on the steps. Reverse: green 5c stamp, Orleans postmark of 21-10-1908, correspondence to Paris for Madame Delbress, rue de la Dondas, with partially legible handwritten text.
