Description

Equestrian statue of Joan of Arc, erected by national subscription and inaugurated on May 8, 1855, on the Martroi. Bas-relief at the base depicting the Taking of the Tourelles on May 7, 1429. Reverse: handwritten correspondence to Madame Marfortet, 34 rue de Paris, 39, in Mantets, with a stamp and postmark from Paris.
