View of the building of the New Post Office in Ostende, with neoclassical architecture and a central tower adorned with ornamentation. Printed text at the bottom: 'OSTENDE, LA NOUVELLE POSTE'. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Mrs. H. Hazacu in Nîmes, with a green 5-centime stamp and a cancellation mark from 'NORD' dated 20-25-11-1911. The publisher is listed as V.G. Bruxelles.
