Interior of the Cabinet of Abdication at the Palace of Fontainebleau, showing a central table where Napoleon Bonaparte signed his abdication on April 5, 1814, under a chandelier and walls adorned with tapestries. The reverse bears the inscription 'Artistic Collection L. M.' and the note 'April 5, 1814, Napoleon Bonaparte signed his abdication on this table.'
