View of the Palace of Justice in Boulogne-sur-Mer, whose entire portico is in Greco-Roman style, dating from 1852. The reverse bears a handwritten address to Monsieur V. Vergniet in Malo-les-Bains, with a postal mark 'R.G.' and a note about the correspondence on the front.
