Description

View of the facade of the Palace of Justice in Carpentras, former Palace of the Bishops, with the inscription on the balcony: 'Alex. Card. Bichius. Ep.'. The reverse has a handwritten letter dated May 1st, 1909, addressed to Mrs. Gay and her family in Sainte-Marguerite near Marseille, with a 10-centime postage stamp and a postmark from Avignon.
