View of the Palace of Justice in Chambéry, an imposing building with colonnades, on the Square, with a few passersby. Reverse: handwritten letter to 'Dear Parents' dated October 14, 1913, sent from Chambéry, mentioning a departure for Paris and an address in Roubaix. Postmark and cancellation visible.
