View of the Justice Palace in Limoges, classical building with colonnades, surrounded by a lively square with market, horse-drawn cart and passers-by in period costume. On the reverse, a green 5-centime postage stamp, Limoges cancellation of 28 May 1909, handwritten address to Jean Heusetempio in La Ferté-sous-Jouarre (Seine-et-Marne), and the inscription 'Souvenir de Limoges' in cursive script.
