View of the Palace of Justice in Mantes, a classical building with colonnades and an inscription above the portal. On the reverse, a handwritten correspondence dated Mantes on 19.10.1918, addressed to Mr. Pierre Cournie, mentioning a younger sister in France and an imminent departure.
