Description

View of the Palace of Justice in Paris with its impressive ornate wrought-iron portal and classical façade under a cloudy sky. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated June 5, 1917 addressed to Madame Foreston in Marseille, accompanied by a violet postage stamp from the Gendarmerie of the Gironde.
