Description

Luxurious interior of Louis XIV's Chamber at the Palace of Versailles, with a richly decorated four-poster bed, walls adorned with sculptures and mirrors, and a marble floor. On the reverse, a postcard used within France, with handwritten English text and an address to Mrs. Jan Nel in Gravill, as well as a red stamp and a Marseille cancellation dated April 25, 1905.
