Black and white view of Palermo Cathedral, with its dome and characteristic towers, surrounded by palm trees and an open space. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated April 7, 1934, sent from Palermo to Madame E. Schweizgut in Paris, with an Italian 75 centesimi stamp canceled in Palermo on April 18, 1934.
