Pope Pius X in papal attire, standing on a paved path in Rome, with the Vatican dome in the background and a palm to the left. The back has a handwritten correspondence addressed to 'Monsieur le Grand Frère' in Albi, dated around 1920, and a 10-centime French stamp.
