Description

Black and white view of a wave breaking near a breakwater on the Emerald Coast, with inscriptions at the top left and right. The reverse has a handwritten address to Mrs. Louise Tortini in Bézons, Cambresis, as well as a personal message 'Bonjour et à bientôt de nos nouvelles' and a note of non-acceptance of the front by all foreign countries. A green 5-centime stamp is affixed at the bottom right.
