View of the breakwater in Paramé on the Côte d'Émeraude under a storm, with crashing waves and people on the beach. Printed text at the bottom: '2084. - Paramé. — The Breakwater in a Storm'. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated May 24, 1948, sent to Mr. Jean Menu in Villemomble (Seine), with a 6-franc postage stamp and a postmark from Saint-Malo (Ille-et-Vilaine).
