View of the Grand Hotel in Paramé, an imposing building bordering the beach with bath cabins and visitors. The reverse side features a handwritten address to Mme Heurtelise in Lollans, correspondence from the 'Curie Postule' with the publisher Lévy Fils et Cie in Paris-Venelles, and a green postmark with cancellation 'PARIS 14' and stamp 'RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE'.
