Description

View of the Bassin de Latone in the Park of Versailles, with a monumental fountain and water jets, surrounded by trees and paths. The reverse has a handwritten note dated June 28, 1915, addressed to 'Georgette' in Haut-Buc, mentioning a visit to the park and a reflection on work. A stamp is affixed at the top right, with partial cancellation.
