View of the Arc de Triomphe at the end of the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, lined with trees and bustling with cars and carriages. The reverse side features a handwritten inscription dated January 21, 1918, addressed to Madame Martin in Marseille, with a red 2 franc stamp and a Parisian postmark.
