Black and white view of the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Montmartre, perched on a lush hill, with stairs and gardens below. On the reverse, a handwritten letter dated 1953, sent from Paris, addressed to 'Mme Clérie Tante', with a 12 franc postage stamp 'Tour de France Cycliste 1903' and a cancellation mark 'LES MOULINS 1953'.
