Printed text at the bottom: 'Collection Petit Journal. — PARIS. — Belvédère des Buttes-Chaumont.' The reverse side features handwritten text, an address to Madame Ricard Nail in Paris, a 10-centime postage stamp, and a cancellation mark from 'LE PÉRIGUEUX' dated 1912.
