View of the Orangery at Bagatelle in the Bois de Boulogne, with a French garden and a central fountain. The reverse bears handwritten correspondence dated March 21, 1918, sent from Paris to Saint-Germain-en-Laye, with a 2 franc stamp and a Parisian cancellation.
