Colored view of Buttes Chaumont Park in Paris, showing a kiosk by the edge of a pond surrounded by rocky cliffs and dense vegetation. On the reverse, the postcard is addressed to Mr. Jean Bodinier, with a handwritten inscription and a postmark from 'Correspondance Militaire' dated July 15, 1940. A postage stamp is affixed, and the publisher's stamp 'Compagnie des Sapeurs-Pompiers' is visible in the top right corner of the front.
