Description

Black and white view of an artificial cascade within the Bois de Boulogne in Paris, surrounded by dense vegetation and rocks. The printed text at the bottom of the card clearly identifies the location. On the reverse, a handwritten letter in French is addressed to Marseille, with a red 12-centime postage stamp dated 8 September 1904 and a circular cancellation from Paris.
