View of the Chamber of Deputies in Paris, with its sculpted pediment and Ionic columns, framed by statues and a railing. On the reverse, handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame Molinier in Lyon, with a 10-centime stamp and postmark from Sainte-Anne (Paris) dated 30 August 1909.
