Richly decorated reception hall at the Chambre des Députés in Paris, with a large chandelier, an ornate fireplace, and stuccoed walls. On the back, a blue 10-centime stamp, postmark from Paris 12-8-07, and handwritten address to Mademoiselle Camille Farail in Vagnney (Vosges).
