Description

View of the courtyard of the Council of State in Paris, with several carriages and horses in motion in front of the neoclassical buildings. On the back, a green 50-centime stamp, a Paris 5th arrondissement postmark of 1 April 1901, and a handwritten address to Miss Louise Raveneau in Chablis, Yonne.
