View of the Dome of the Invalides in Paris, with inscription indicating that it is a church built by Mansart in 1706, housing the tomb of Napoleon as well as those of his brothers Joseph and Jérôme, and generals Turenne and Vauban, and victims of the Fiechi attack in 1835. The reverse side features handwritten correspondence dated June 13, 1921, addressed to a 'dear aunt, cousin', with a recipient address to be completed.
