View of the Saint-Augustin church in Paris, with its imposing portal and central rose window, amidst a street lively with horse-drawn vehicles and pedestrians. The reverse bears a handwritten address to La Roche-sur-Yon, a Vendeé postmark dated 14/10/1916, and a mention of the Petit Journal collection at the bottom of the front.
