Description

Black and white view of the City Hall of Paris, with its ornate façade and bell tower, under a cloudy sky. Vintage cars are visible at the bottom of the image. On the reverse, a handwritten inscription 'Bons baisers à tous Robert' and a postmark from Paris Gare du Nord dated March 8, 1942. The publisher is mentioned at the bottom right: 'Éditeurs d'Art Guy, 383 The City Hall (1883)' with a note of prohibited reproduction.
