Description

Black and white view of the Concorde Fountain in Paris, with the Luxor Obelisk visible in the background under a cloudy sky. The reverse bears the inscription 'PARIS ET SES MERVEILLES 338 Place de la Concorde', a Parisian postmark dated 19 October 1947, a 3 franc stamp, and a handwritten address to Madame and Mademoiselle Portal in Clermont-Ferrand. A handwritten note 'souvenir de vacances' is also visible.
