Postcard showing the Pavilion of Mulhouse (by André Venire and Jean Launoy) and the Tower of Burgundy (by Charles Plumet, Arch.) at the Exposition of Decorative Arts in Paris. On the reverse, handwritten address to Mademoiselle Jocquette Delbar in Verviers, Belgium, with a 20-centime French postage stamp and a postmark from Papegalli, Italy.
