Funeral monument of the Marquis de Vauban, a famous military engineer, sculpted by Etex in 1846. His heart was transferred to the Invalides by order of Napoleon in 1803 and placed in the columbarium on January 11, 1852. Reverse: postcard from the Society of Friends of the Army, published by L. Bisson, phot.éd. Paris, with a prohibited inscription on the side of the view.
