Description

View of the funeral monument of General Bertrand (1773–1814), Grand Marshal of Emperor Napoleon, placed at the Invalides in 1817. Printed text at the bottom of the front mentions his role and death. The reverse indicates the edition by the Society of Army Arts and the photographer L. Bosson, with the areas reserved for address and correspondence.
