Black and white view of the Chamber of Deputies in Paris flooded, with water reflections on the facades and a man in uniform in the foreground. The reverse side features a handwritten letter addressed to Mrs. Mansard in Nice, with a note of the date 23-22 (probably February 23, 1922) and a forwarding address to Mr. Clade in Lausanne.
