View of the neoclassical façade of the Chamber of Deputies in Paris, with its Ionic columns and sculpted pediment, dated around 1913. The reverse bears a handwritten letter addressed to 'Monsieur Goumet' of Champaugny, dated August 26, 1913, with a French postmark canceled.
