View of the neoclassical façade of the Chamber of Deputies in Paris, with its Ionic columns and sculpted pediment, under a cloudy sky. On the reverse, a handwritten address in Marseille, a 25-centime postage stamp, and a Parisian postmark dated May 11, 1919, with a promotional note 'VISITEZ LA FOIRE DE PARIS'.
