View of the neoclassical façade of the Chamber of Deputies in Paris, built between 1804 and 1807 by Poyet, with its Ionic columns and sculpted pediment. The reverse bears handwritten correspondence addressed to Madame A. Rifletto in Bagnères-de-Bigorre, with a French 10-centime postage stamp canceled.
