Description

View of the neoclassical façade of the Chamber of Deputies in Paris, built between 1804 and 1807 by architect Poyet, with its Ionic columns and sculpted pediment. The reverse has a handwritten address to Monsieur Michel Chevalier in Marcoussis, an inscription 'Amis très chers' and a 5-centime French Republic stamp cancelled in Paris.
