View of the neoclassical facade of the Chamber of Deputies in Paris, with its columns and sculpted pediment, overlooking the Quai d'Orsay. Printed text in French and English indicates the construction date (1884-1887) and the architect (Poyet). Reverse: postcard sent to Madame Francklémon in Saint-Servais, with handwritten text, a 15-centime green stamp, and a cancellation mark from Rennes (France).
