Description

View of the City Hall of the 12th Arrondissement of Paris, with its imposing building and bell tower, surrounded by bare trees. On the reverse, a handwritten letter addressed to 'Mademoiselle M. Barkin' in Vieby, with a 10-centime postage stamp and a postmark from Lyon. The front has a handwritten inscription 'Les meilleurs baisers de la grande sœur Northea' and a circular postmark from Lyon.
