View of Place de la Concorde in Paris, centered on the Fontaine de la Concorde with the Luxor Obelisk in the background. Printed text on the front recalls the history of the site: 'Originally called Place Louis XV, then Place de la Révolution. Louis XVI was beheaded there on January 21, 1793.' The reverse features a handwritten address to Monsieur Emile Robb in Strasbourg and a printer's note.
