View of the Place Vendôme with the Vendôme Column, a 43-meter bronze monument built from 1806 to 1810 with 1,200 cannons taken from the Austrians at Austerlitz. Back: handwritten text addressed to M. Benoît in Propriano, 10-centime green stamp, Paris postmark, 23 February 1933.
